If a scheduled appointment is needed to be cancelled we require a minimum of 24 hours notice otherwise a cancellation fee of $50.00 is required to be paid before the booking & procession of your next appointment. Proof of transaction is required once the fee has been sent.

If you fail to show up to an appointment without previous notice to the salon a $50.00 fee is required. Any future bookings will not be able to proceed until the fee has been paid. Proof of transaction is required to be sent to the salon contact number.

Each appointment begins with a thorough consultation with Aleisha. In this we discuss the plan of action, expectations and process of your hair! We ask that as the client you are open, honest and realistic about your hair and expectations so that it allows us to be able to plan the best way to achieve your hair goals for you!

At 77 Blonde we value your experience with us. The treatment of our salon staff is of the upmost importance to us. We prioritise a safe, positive and respectful salon experience and expect that of our clientele. We ask that as a client you trust our professional advice and respect our policies and procedures we have in place. Should we feel as though a clients behavior doesn’t comply with the ethics of our business we reserve the right to refuse service
